Registration Fees and Categories

WARNING:  There is an increasing number of fraudulent websites that impersonate EPA 2022. We recommend you only register via this website, directly with the official meeting organizer, or use a trusted group registration service.

Online Participation Fees (in EUR, VAT exempt) apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.

Congress fee does not include participation in the EPA Courses.

Country List A = High and Upper Middle income (Excluding Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Turkey, Ukraine and Moldova)

Country List B = Lower middle and Low income (including Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland,  Slovenia, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Turkey, Ukraine and Moldova)

* EPA Member refers to an individual/international individual/associate/fellows EPA member(s), who has paid their annual membership fees for 2022. This category also applies to Honorary EPA Members.
** Early Career Psychiatrists (ECP) must be under 40 years of age at the congress date OR have less than 5 years of clinical practice after specialty. In order to register under this category, you will be required to upload a copy of ID with birth date OR a copy of an official letter/certificate from institution confirming the < 5 years with your registration form.
*** In order to register under this category, you will be required to upload a signed and stamped letter from the head of your department confirming your status.
**** Refers only to full-time students at time of the congress. The registration form must be accompanied by a copy of valid 2021-2022 student ID or an official letter from Head of Department confirming full-time student status.

Fees for online participants include:

• 3 months access selected presentations and session recordings. Create your own schedule, attend any and all of the sessions whenever and wherever.
• Network with colleagues. Browse a list of participants and click on their name to contact them.
• Earn CME credits. Participate in the scientific programme and be eligible to receive the number of CME credits attributed to the congress.
• Access all the e-posters. Browse research on the hottest topics published in the congress digital abstract book and connect with the abstract authors and other colleagues from around the world through the e-poster online consultations.
• Visit the virtual exhibition hall. Journey through the exhibition booths, explore the displayed materials, contact exhibitors directly, and chat with other visitors.

Registration Payment

Payment of registration fees must be made in EUR after completing the registration process. You may choose one of the following methods:

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express
• Bank Transfer: Additional 30 EUR handling fee is required.

Please ensure that the name of the Congress and participant are stated on the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming the registration will be sent after receipt of the required fees.
• Outstanding payments will be collected onsite and charged the onsite rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if the registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

REGISTRATION CONVERSION & CANCELLATION POLICY 

Due to the uncertain times and the ongoing developments, EPA 2022 has implemented a flexible registration model

Conversion of Registration Category

• For delegates who registered before the Early Bird Deadline: refund of difference based on Early Bird fees
• For delegates who registered after the Early Bird Deadline: refund of difference based on Regular fees

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent by email at reg_epa22@kenes.com

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (30 EUR) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.

In-Person Registrations:

• Cancellations received between 6 April and 13 April, 2022: full refund.
• Cancellations received between 14 April and 17 May, 2022: 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellations received from 18 May, 2022: no refund will be made.

Online Registrations

• Cancellations received up and including 15 March, 2022: full refund.
• Cancellations received between 16 March and 17 May , 2022: 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellations received from 18 May, 2022: no refund will be made.
