Payment Methods and Cancellation Terms

Applications for Sponsor and/or Exhibition must be made in writing with the booking form.

DEPOSIT
Booking forms received before 1 November 2021 and invoiced for a 60% deposit to be paid within 30 days of receipt. The remaining balance is to be settled no later than 1 March 2022. Non-payment by this stated deadline will lead to the cancellation of your booking, without reimbursement of the deposit paid. Booking forms received after 1 November 2021 will be invoiced for the full amount, to be paid within 30 days of
receipt.

CANCELLATION / REDUCTION TERMS 
Cancellation and changes to your original booking must be made in writing. For cancellations before 10 November 2021, 30% of the total cost of each item will be retained by the EPA. For cancellations made between 10 December 2021 and 10 January 2022, 75% of the total cost of
each item will be retained by the EPA. For cancellations after 11 January 2022, 100% of the total cost of each item will be retained by the EPA.

VAT INFORMATION
All prices are exclusive of VAT, and are subject to VAT which will be added to the invoice.
The charge of the VAT will depend on the location of the supporting companies as follows:
France – French VAT applies. Current VAT Rate (subject to change): 20%
European Union – Reverse charges apply. (Client VAT will apply)
Outside EU – VAT not applicable
